A boutique AI practice.

We design and build custom AI systems for a small number of clients: software shaped around how your operation actually runs, not a product pulled off a shelf. Every engagement begins under NDA. Our clients never appear on this site, and neither will you.

By inquiry· Under NDA from the first conversation· A few clients at a time

NDA Every engagement begins with a mutual NDA, before you tell us anything. Standard, not on request
0 Client names, logos, or case studies published. By design, permanently. Discretion is part of the product
1 One point of contact: the founder who studies your business leads your build, start to finish. No account managers, no handoffs

Who comes to us

Successful operations, private by choice.

The people we work with have already built something that works. What they want is leverage without exposure: systems that carry the repetitive weight of the operation, built by someone who understands it, and says nothing.

Off-the-shelf fits no one.

Generic AI tools are built for the average business. Yours isn't average, which is why every tool you've tried has quietly gone unused.

Your operation is nobody's business.

Handing your internals to a software vendor, or appearing in their case-study pipeline, is not an option. Ours stay in the room.

You want the work done.

Not another dashboard, another login, another thing to babysit. A system that does the work inside what you already use, and answers to you.

We build the system around your needs, run it under your rules, and never speak of it. That is the entire practice.

A note on discretion

What you will not find on this site.

Our clients are successful and private, and they intend to stay that way. Under NDA, their work never becomes our marketing. If you become a client, the same silence covers you.

Our position

Built around you. Or not built at all.

We don't arrive with a product looking for a buyer. We begin inside your operation: how work moves, where hours disappear, what should never be automated. We design only what the numbers justify.

Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need us. When that's true, we say so, and the conversation stays confidential either way.

That sentence is rare in this market. It's also why our recommendations are worth acting on.

What we build

Custom AI systems, shaped to a clientele of one: you.

A system from us performs a specific part of your operation end to end: it reads what comes in, does the work, and brings a person only what needs judgment. Not a chatbot. Not a subscription. Software built for how you run.

It works inside your systems

Your inbox, calendar, documents, books. It operates where you already work; nothing gets ripped out or replaced.

It follows your rules

You decide what runs on its own and what waits for your sign-off. The rules are explicit, per workflow, and yours to tighten at any time.

It answers to you alone

Access scoped to its task, every action logged, results measured against a baseline. You can audit its work the way you'd audit anyone's.

How we work

Three stages. The third only if the numbers earn it.

01

A private conversation

Under NDA from the start. We sit with you, learn how your operation actually runs, and find where the hours and the friction really are. No technology talk yet.

02

A written plan

Every opportunity we find, ranked, with a straight verdict on each: worth building, better solved by a simpler change, or best left alone. Yours to act on, with us or without us.

03

The build

Where it's justified, we build the system, connect it to your operation, and run it alongside the person doing the work today. It goes live under your rules, with every action logged and results measured against the baseline. If nothing clears the bar, the engagement ends with the plan. As it should.

What you receive

A written assessment you can act on. With or without us.

Delivered within two weeks of starting. Not a deck of possibilities: a specific, prioritized document about your operation, covered by the NDA like everything else.

A map of your operation

How work actually moves through your business, including the handoffs and repeat work nobody had written down.

A ranked list of opportunities

Every improvement we found, weighed by the hours it returns against the effort to build it, so you know what to do first and what to ignore.

An honest verdict on each

Where a custom system genuinely pays, where a simpler change wins, and where the right answer is to change nothing. With reasoning, not hype.

A build plan for what's worth building

What we'd build first, what it touches, what it may do on its own, and how success will be measured against today's baseline.

Who you'll work with

Founder-led. Every engagement, personally.

Yaffe AI is a founder-led practice. The founder who signs your NDA and studies your operation is the same person you speak to on the first call, and stays your single point of contact through the finished system. Anyone who touches the work is under the same NDA.

Behind that is years of hands-on production experience across the whole stack: LLMs and AI agents, coding agents like Claude Code, generative image and video models, automation pipelines, GPUs, and cloud infrastructure, all in production, not in theory.

The practice takes a small number of clients at a time, because this kind of work doesn't compress. That constraint is deliberate: it's what makes both the discretion and the honest no possible.

Questions

Asked before every engagement.

Why don't you name your clients?

Because we agreed not to, before they told us anything. Every engagement begins with a mutual NDA, and we treat the fact of the engagement as confidential, not just its contents. It does mean this site can't lean on logos and case studies; we accept that trade. If you become a client, the same silence covers you.

Who will know we're working together?

Only the people working on your engagement, every one of them under the same NDA. We don't publish, reference, or hint at client relationships. Not in marketing, not in conversation, not in pitches to anyone else.

What does "custom" actually mean here?

Designed from your operation, not configured from a template. We start from how your business runs and what you actually need, then build software to fit it, rather than asking you to bend your operation around someone else's product.

What happens to our data and internal information?

It stays yours. During the assessment we learn by observing and interviewing; your data stays in your systems, under your control. If a system is built, its access is scoped to the task it performs, agreed with you before anything is connected, and every action it takes is logged.

What if the honest answer is that we don't need this?

Then that's the answer you get, in writing, with the reasoning. You keep the assessment: a map of your operation and a ranked list of improvements, many of which need no new technology at all. The conversation stays confidential either way.

Do we need to be "AI-ready" before talking to you?

No. We assess your operation as it is, spreadsheets and legacy systems included. Deciding what's realistic with what you have today is part of the assessment, not a prerequisite for it.

How long before we see something concrete?

The written assessment arrives within two weeks of starting. If a build follows, it's scoped in small measurable stages; the first working result is typically weeks away, not quarters.

Who actually does the work?

Every engagement is led personally by the founder: the conversations, the assessment, and every decision about what gets built. When a build needs more hands, they work under the founder's direction and under the same NDA. You always deal with one person.

Begin

Introduce yourself.

A short note about your business and what you need. It's read by one person, treated as confidential from the first word, and answered personally within one business day.

What happens next: if it looks like a fit, we schedule a private 30-minute conversation. Its goal is to understand your operation, not to pitch you.

If it isn't a fit, we'll say so plainly, and everything you've told us stays with us either way.

Please add your name.

That email doesn't look right.

Please add your company.

One sentence is enough. It helps us give you an honest answer.

Read by one person. Confidential from the first word. Reply within one business day.

Received. Thank you.

You'll hear back personally within one business day. Everything you wrote is already treated as confidential.
