What it must not do is give unreviewed advice or file anything a lawyer hasn't owned. Those guardrails are designed in, not bolted on.

How is confidentiality handled?

As a design constraint from day one. Data boundaries are agreed in writing: which matters and documents the system may read, where processing happens, what is retained, and what never leaves your environment.
